AmBev wants to integrate breweries to reduce costs

AmBev announced that it intends to incorporate subsidiaries Breweries Gathered Skol Caracu and Eagle liquor Distributor to reduce operational and administrative costs of the group. The proposal was passed on to shareholders.
In February, the company had already reported that seeks to reduce expenses to offset sales below expectation in beers and soft drinks. AmBev didn''t report how much will the economy with the junction of the companies.
To make the appraisal report of the patrimony, the company hired the Apsis Consultoria Empresarial. The cost of the merger is valued at $ 1 million, including expenses with appraisers, attorneys, adaptations of operating systems and hiring other professionals to assist the operation.
To stimulate the interest of the team in the company''s goals and maintain the services of high-level managers and employees, AmBev has proposed a compensation plan. The idea is to offer up to 0.3% of shares representing the company for these professionals. Ambev will use existing roles in the Treasury to do this distribution.
