Small businesses are exporting cosmetics

Paulo Tavares and Adriana Reis left the audit area and set up a cosmetics factory to hair in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, in greater Recife, in 2013.
They studied the market and were in search of industry regulators. For them, entering a market dominated by larger cosmetic brands was not easy. Even so, they managed to throw 40 products with natural components and have gained visibility on the shelves.
Last year, the company managed to put cosmetics for hair in 70 outlets in the Northeast. And at a time when the crisis was starting to arrive, the couple saw the international market, it would be a good option.
The company used the Sebrae tool called: "Passport to export". Entrepreneurs have learned about the requirements to export, since the rules change from country to country. Also found that is required to translate the label, in addition to following the rules for the packages for export.
Paul and Adriana attended a business round with businessmen from all over the world and succeeded in negotiating with entrepreneurs from Mozambique. They now invest in the export of the company''s products to Canada, Mexico and Ecuador. The company today R$ invoice 100 1000 a month.
