Construction inflation Slows in March

The General level of prices of construction materials in the State of São Paulo registered increase of 0.61% in March 2016, according to the IBGE. In 2016, the General level of prices in the industry accumulates high of 1.63%. In the first quarter of 2015, the indicator registered rise of 0.67%. Considering the accumulated 12 months, the index reached 6.16%, above the accumulated result in 2015, when it was at 5.15%, and also the variation between April 15 to March 16, during which reached 1.63%. Ink and bricks were items that had the most significant elevations in the period, with an increase of 4.55% and 2.28%, respectively. On the other hand, there was a reduction in values for the hardware and cements.
