Embaquim launches 1,000 litres packaging blue

Pioneer and one of the leading manufacturers of bag-in-box systems of Brazil, the Embaquim came out ahead once again and is launching a 1,000-liter bag in blue color. The hoist meets the safety requirements, established especially in food and cosmetic industries. "It''s a very efficient and easy way to spot any speck of plastic packaging that pops out during unloading spouts of the product," says Renata construction site, Director of the company.
The project was born from the suggestion of a customer who defaults to blue pigmentation in all packaging. Today two customers have already moved their line to the bags of 1,000 liters of Embaquim, a food area and another in the pharmaceutical area. "As the process of production of the Embaquim is vertical, i.e., extrudamos movies and inject the nozzles and caps, the challenge was easily won and today we are able to provide bags for other clients and applications blue."
According to Renata, the blue pigment meets all the requirements of the Queennathally 51, 52, 56 and 105 (ANVISA standards for migration in packaging) and is approved for contact with aqueous and alcoholic fatty foods. "For companies that need the blue bag in other volumes, it is possible to endorse them by sending samples", ends the businesswoman.
