After they take lovers of wine for the consumption of the drink bottled in bottles with screw caps, European countries investing in recycling of aluminum screw caps.
According to data released by the campaign Aluminium Closures – 360° Turn, held by the Association of Alufoil aluminum foil in Europe, the average rate of recycling has increased more than 50% in 2016.
Much of this improvement is a result of the application of innovations in collection and recycling systems. In European countries, the aluminum covers used on bottles of wine, as well as oil and water, are collected loose or along with the bottles.
Many countries encourage the practice of correct disposal, as happens, for example, in the Danish national campaign Keep the Cap on. In the United Kingdom, consumers are advised to keep the lid on bottles after consumption, to make it easier for you to collect. Similar campaigns are also carried out guidance in Italy, to educate the population about the viability and importance of recycling of aluminum screw caps.
