T4f registers 32% higher profit in the second quarter

T4f Entertainment recorded net profit of 3,500,000 R$ in the second quarter of 2016, an increase of 32.1% compared to the same period in 2015. According to the company, the profit growth was due to the better performance in promoting events, with increase in the occupancy rate and the highest result in sponsorships.
On the same basis of comparison, the company''s revenues doubled to R$ 223,500,000. The billing with promoting events totaled R$ 171,700,000, more than double the amount recorded in the same quarter of 2015, highlighting the live music shows.
The promotion of a greater number of shows in stadiums more than doubled the paying audience year against year, and increased by 76%, the average price of tickets sold, from 157 to 277 R$ R$ in the second quarter.
The revenue from box office operations grew 21%, to R$ 31,200,000 due to the increase in the paying audience and consumption of food and drinks. Sponsored gains reached R $ 20, 6,000,000, 18% higher than the result for the second quarter of 2015.
