Klabin will increase the ability of Telemaco Borba card paper

Klabin announced the increase of its production capacity of paper card in the unit of Telêmaco Borba (PR) to 440 thousand tonnes per year, for LPB-Liquid Packaging Board, used in packaging for liquid and Pasty products (milk, juice, cream etc.), and FBB-Folding Box Board, used for various packages, such as breakfast cereals, pies and breaded.
The company closed a contract with Voith Paper for the modernization of the MP9, that enable increased production by up to 15%. Designed originally for the production of 350 thousand tons a year, the machine went through frequent optimizations since its start-up in 2007, reaching 380 thousand tons produced currently.
