Fusion of Kroton and Statius advances in Cade expecting to look tough

The heavy schedule of Cristiana Schmidt in the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) in the last week has been seen as an indication that an agreement for the merger of Kroton and Estácio education is about to leave. Between quinta (18) and Friday (19) were five meetings of the Rapporteur of the case on the merger, with lawyers of the companies and other stakeholders. The expectation, however, is a sound harsh and the market has already considered the possibility of Kroton have sold Uniderp, Campo Grande. The final opinion on the merger, however, still depends on Court of Cade. The deadline has been extended until June 27. The stakes, however, are a new extension should occur, with the possibility of evaluating just leave in July.
Hard Line
Some people consider that Cade will have a tough assignment in the analysis of a merger between the companies of Kroton and Estácio education and other large, complex cases that should be on the agenda of the Court, such as the purchase of the Ipiranga fuel Ale framework network.
