Paulista retail must have 6% sales drop in may

The retail billing paulista in May should have 6% drop compared to the same month of the previous year, according to predictions of the FecomércioSP (Federation of trade in goods, services and tourism of the State of São Paulo).
According to the technical advice of the entity, the retraction must occur on account of the unfavorable scenario, consumption resulted from high interest rates, unemployment, falling income, little provision for debt and increased restrictions on lending by banks and financial companies.
High inventories stimulate promotions for mother''s day according to FecomercioSP research in April, 41.6% of entrepreneurs surveyed said they were with stock of goods above the suitable-meaning 6.1 percentage points above registered in April last year and the highest value of the series history started in June 2011. In other words, despite the conservatism of the entrepreneurs and the reduction of orders with suppliers, retail stocks paulistano remain high, which, in turn, tends to stimulate promotions and closeouts for mother''s day and result in good economic opportunities for parents and children.
