Ballantine's develops label inspired by Brazil

The Ballantine's has developed a new drink that has Brazil as inspiration. The product is made with Scotch whisky dipped into barrels with lemon rinds nacional. The novelty, called Ballantine's Brazil, will have global sales, but in the country will be exclusive of the Northeast. The approximate price of the new product in the country will be of R $ 49,90. He will hit shelves worldwide during 2014.
The release is a bet of the brand to enter the market of drinks. The manufacturer wants to suggest that the vodka and rum, common in mixtures, are replaced by whiskeys in combinations, especially among the younger generation of consumers. The company will expand so its territory of operation. To this end, the Ballantine's has developed a unique letter of drinks made with the new drink.
Among them is the "Highland Samba", which mixes Ballantine's Brazil and lemonade served with ice and lemon pieces. In addition to this, three more mixes were prepared: "Glen River", which fuses the drink with a generous amount of Apple juice; "Caledino", which combines Ballantine's Brazil with fresh lemon (squeezed) and pinches of sugar; and the "Glen Coco", which is basically the same as the Caledino with the differential of the coconut.
The company has created a special website to provide consumers with combinations. On the pages, the tag published tutorials teaching how to "mix with the Brazil" and create their own cocktails.
