Pitú launches premium cachaça in special packing

To close the celebrations of its 75-year history, the Darlington ended the year of 2013 with launch of extra premium cachaça Victorious. The production and aging of the Victorious following a long and detailed process, from the choice of the cachaça that form the blend. Limited quantity, the first batch of 9 thousand French bottles with Cork lids. "In terms of rum, she's totally differentiated and comes to show the various ways to produce and consume this type of drink," says Alexander Ferrer, commercial and marketing director of Darlington.
The ageing of the cachaça occurs in French oak barrels for at least five years. After this period, the drink is transferred to barrels of American oak, where occurs the sensory quality of the product improvement through the refinement and the harmonisation of aromas and color.
The victorious will be marketed also in a special packaging for collectors, in circulation of two thousand units.
