MAN opens vendor Park in Resende and envisages expansion of capacity

The unveiling yesterday of a supplier park next to the factory in Resende (RJ) will allow the truck maker MAN extend your production capacity of 80 thousand to 100 thousand units per year.
"With the Park, let's give more space in the production line to increase capacity," said the President of the company, Roberto Cortes, in an interview with Broadcast, real-time news service State Agency.
The park starts to operate with two American companies: Meritor, which has two factories in Osasco, and Suspensys, manufacturer of parts for suspension, joint venture of Meritor with Brazilian Randon. Until 2014, the MAN wants to bring three more companies.
