Ford's recall of Escape 2013 for the seventh time

Detroit-the string of security problems of Ford with the Escape year 2013 continued on Tuesday with the automaker by issuing two recalls to the second most popular utility sports vehicle of the United States.
Until now were seven recalls of the 2013 model of Escape, an SUV important for Ford, the second-largest u.s. automaker. The recalls have affected 161,334 Escape SUVs worldwide, most in the United States, and discussed potential leaks that could cause a fire.
Sales of the Escape in the United States rose 14 percent by October this year, to 250,543 units, making it the second best-selling vehicle of Ford, behind the F-Series pickups, and number 2 in the segment of SUVs, behind the CR-V, Honda.
Ford is doing a recall of model year 2013 Escape SUVs with 1.6 liter engines, because the cylinder head can suffer overheat, causing cracks that can lead to oil leakage, according to documents handed to the National Administration of traffic safety on highways (NHTSA, the acronym in English).
A spokesman for Ford said there have been 13 fires related to the problem, but no injuries.
