Nestlé launches Alpine chocolates and Sensation powder

Nestlé announced on Tuesday (14) the launch of limited editions of chocolates powder Alpine and Sensation. The novelty should reach the shops at the end of August, as a winter special.
The Alpine is chocolate-based and follows the characteristic flavor of the brand's bonbon. The Sensation will be a mixed-flavored drink of chocolate and strawberry. The suggested price for both is R$ 6.99.
In May last year, Nestlé had announced limited edition Galak white chocolate. The product can still be found for sale. Still in the product family there is the basic Nestlé Chocolate.
With the pandemic of the new coronavirus, Nestlé had the best quarterly growth in global sales in nearly five years as consumers stockpiled products to prepare for coronavirus.
Sales in North America and Europe were particularly strong in March, helping to drive an overall increase of 4.3% in the first three months of the year, marking the fastest quarterly growth in nearly five years and above analysts' expectations of a 3 percent increase.
"Most markets, primarily in North America and Europe, saw significantly higher growth in March, partially supported by consumers stocking products," Nestlé said in a statement.
We'll have to keep an eye on the numbers, as the company's latest announcement found that sales in Asia fell 4.6 percent, as customers in China stayed away from restaurants and stores for much of the quarter, although online sales increased.
