SC Represents 56% of exports of Pork

The State of Santa Catarina corresponds to 56% of the pork exported by Brazil in November. The Santa Catarina market embarked 32100 tons of pork during the month, an increase of 61% over the same period last year. The exports revenue reached $ $58.2 million, representing high value of 33.6%. The main destination for the production of the State is China, which acquired 9600 tonnes of product, 295.5% more than in November 2017. According to the Secretary of agriculture and fisheries, Airton Spies, health safety and agricultural health are the differentials of Santa Catarina.
