José Cuervo prepares IPO billionaire in Mexico

Becle, owner of the Mexican tequila Jose Cuervo, prepares for the opening of their capital on Mexico''s stock exchange (BMV).
The IPO should render the largest manufacturer of tequilas in the world up to 1 billion dollars, according to Reuters estimates. The company must also sell papers in a restricted offer in the United States.

Known worldwide, the tequila began to be produced for more than 250 years ago by José Antonio de Cuervo y Valdés, in a Mexican town that bears the same name of the drink in Jalisca. Until today, the manufacture of the distillate is controlled by heirs of José Cuervo.
Almost 75% of all that is produced and marketed by the company as the destination the United States and Canada. Last year, the company made approximately of 1 billion dollars, more than 30% more than in 2014.
