Wellbeing of the team raises productivity

Press staff for results may not be a good output, according to research from Sodexo made with more than 4000 leading entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized from Brazil, Mexico, Chile, France, Romania, Turkey and India. The rule to grow bigger and better is to improve the quality of life within the company.
According to the study, most of the respondents said their companies '' performance has improved with recognition and reward for effort, with the improvement of comfort working conditions and with the investment in training and career plans.
With an average of 5.2 to quality of life actions implemented in companies, 91% of the leaders point best climate in the work as a result. 86% already realize greater productivity; 76% greater talent attraction and 70% higher profitability.
Among the measures of quality of life that bring more results for these companies are: • ensure access to healthy and balanced meals
• reward performance with bonuses and other gifts
• support employees in the administration of their personal lives
• improve the purchasing power of employees
