The dairy company announced the 100% acquisition of the operations of Dan Force, joint venture of Arla Foods responsible for marketing of high value-added products under the brand name premium Danubio. With the new agreement, the Arla Foods, is replaced by shares representing 8% of the capital of the Force. The negotiation establishes a deal which gives the Force exclusively for distribution of the products of Arla Foods in Brazil, among them items of renowned brands Lurpak, Castello and Arla.
