Revlon will buy $ 660 Colomer Spanish mi

U.s.-based Revlon announced on Monday the purchase of Spanish distributor of beauty products Colomer, for 660 million dollars from CVC Capital Partners.
The Colomer promotes and sells products such as Revlon under license in beauty parlors and other establishments. The Colomer family and CVC Capital bought the business of professional products Revlon in 2000 to form the Colomer Group.
The agreement should be completed in the fourth quarter. The Colomer gets 40 percent of its revenue in the United States.
