Beef Cuts Line

Ceratti, manufacturer of cold cuts and sausages, launches a line of barbecue meats.
The novelty has the beef cuts Bisteca Fiorentina, T-Bone, Picanha, Prime Rib, Bife Ancho, Chorizo, Maminha and Fraldinha. The line works with british breeds Angus and Hereford, which have slaughter with up to 16 arrobas, the company says.
The products are already being marketed in supermarkets and meat boutiques.
