With new lighting infrastructure, Carrefour will save 60% in energy

Carrefour in Brazil will save, on average, 60% in energy consumption and, of breakage, will gain 44% in lighting. The economy will be possible thanks to the renovation of the LED lighting infrastructure in more than 80 stores capitated by Luminae, one of the great professional lighting players in Brazil. Lit. The combination of economy and lighting gain equals an energy efficiency leap of 227%. For the deployment of the new system, more than 50000 luminaires were installed in the Carrefour stores. The expectation is that the investment, which is not revealed, will be paid in less than 1 year and a half.
