TheFork Announces Acquisition of Restorando

The TheFork, online restaurant reservation platform belonging to TripAdvisor, announces the acquisition of Restorando, which also operates in the reserves. With the transaction, the site goes to 3,500 new establishments present in eight countries: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Panama and Peru. According to the company, the acquisition aims to boost the digitisation of restaurants in Latin America. Initially, the platform will continue operating as Restorando. TheFork currently has over 60000 establishments in 18 countries in Europe, Latin America and Australia.
