Suzano fault Prevention Center is inaugurated in Empress Drive

Suzano has just opened a new area in Empress Drive, in Maranhão: the CPF-failure-prevention Center, which aims to contribute to the identification of faults in a more efficient response time. The room allows a 360° vision of the entire factory in order to anticipate possible problems and point out differences between inspections carried out previously, that is, if there is a change of scenery, the staff responsible will detect in the shortest time possible. The method is related to the concept of 4.0 and Industry is innovative as it does not require the storage of information on local machines. All data collected are available in cloud and easy remote access. "Through the development of this solution we seek to optimize available resources and be ahead of the problems. Studies for development of this new process were initiated aiming at an excellent performance and using all available. It was necessary to invest in field devices with systems intelligence able to identify patterns of behaviour already known. The solution found was to centralize in one room all the information generated from the collection of data from inspections and field devices in real time. The integration between disciplines, maintenance and operation enhances decision-making more assertive. When a notification pops up in central, the technician comes into contact with the operation and go into the field to assess the conditions of this active, prioritizing the care according to the requirement of each case.
