Retailers Hired Fewer construction in 2018

The formal labour market of retail trade of paints, glass, hardware, lumber and building materials in the metropolitan region of São Paulo ended 2018 losing 1,561 officially registered jobs. The data are from the Retail syndicate of construction materials, Machinery, hardware, paint and dishes of the great São Paulo (Sincomavi). The sum of the twelve months of the year were admissions and 25,254 26,815 disconnections. This is the fifth year in a row in which there's negative balance. The activities evaluated, hardware retailing and construction materials had the worst performance, with low of 1,454 stations. By municipality, São Paulo hosted the Court of 1,111 posts.
