Online prices Are High in January

The Inflation index on the Internet (E-Flation), which measures the variation of products purchased online, grew up 2.55% in January, according to the Brazilian Institute of Retail executives and Consumer Market (Ibevar). In 12 months, accumulated inflation reached an index of 3.17%, an increase of 2.57 percentage points compared to December 2018 and 1.60 points compared to January last year. Among the categories that showed high, CDs and DVDs had a considerable growth, with 65.32%, followed by Appliances (2.68%).
