Most expensive condominium reduces the rent value

Research done by the startup of administration of condominiums HOME points that every R $1 of increase in value of the condominium, the homeowner needs to reduce the rent between R $1.20 and R $3.20, calculation that takes into account dwellings between 75 m ² and 200 m ² the most sought after. To do the study, led by founding partner Raphael Lauand, the HOME has researched prices of about 9000 residential properties in the city of Sao Paulo in online ads from hundreds of real estate, in 14 neighborhoods with value of square meter and HDI. The conclusion was that, taking as an example a residence of 75 m ², for each R $1 of increase in value of the condominium, the annual rental value falls R $1.20. That is, an increase of monthly condo $100 R, the owner loses on average R annual, while the tenant $1,428 is still paying the same amount.
