WestRock opens corrugated paper factory in SP

WestRock, of paper and packaging solutions, inaugurates a corrugated cardboard packaging plant in Porto Feliz (SP). The factory, which has the capacity to process 250,000 tons of paper, was started in 2017 and has a total area of more than 230,000 m², being more than 83000 m² of built area and 32 docks. The unit has equipment such as a pre-print machine, nine printers and two corrugators. According to the multinational, the factory of Porto Feliz has a new printing technology for corrugated cardboard, able to print in photographic quality coils that will be converted into packaging. WestRock has factories in Três Barras (SC), Blumenau (SC), Araçatuba (SP) and Pacajus (CE).
