Coca-Cola grows 38% in third quarter

The profit of Coca-Cola, a beverage manufacturer, grew 38% in the third quarter of 2019. The value of the multinational company reached US $2.59 billion, approximately R $10.75 billion. In the same period last year, the profit was US $1.89 billion (R $7.85 billion). Between July and September of this year, revenue grew 8%, reaching US $9.5 billion. According to the manufacturer, the result was impacted by a 6% increase in product prices. Coca-Cola estimates a high of approximately 4% in revenue and that the investments this year are $2.2 billion.
