Malls are expecting good sales on Valentine's day

According to a survey of the Brazilian Association of Shopping centres (Abrasce), 73% of the Mall Group who answered the survey is optimistic about Valentine's day. Of these, 28% are expecting to grow at 5% sales, in comparison with the same date last year. Among the categories of products, clothing is the most expected a growth in sales, with 37% of the responses, followed by perfumes (19%) and footwear (10%). In relation to the average ticket, the expectava is in the average of R $75.00 and R $100.00. The Abrasce, however, did not inform the methodology used in the research and the amount of Malls that were part of the survey.
