Pulp export rises 2.3% in 2017

Pulp production in Brazil rose 3.8% in 2017 about 2016, to 19,492,000 tons, reported on Wednesday the Brazilian Industry of trees (Ibá).
In December, the high was 9.6% compared with the same month of the previous year, to 1,839,000 tons. Brazilian pulp exports already retreated 4 percent in December, to 1,135,000 tonnes, closing the year with 2.3% advance on 2016, according to the entity.
The wood panel domestic sales advanced 7.2 percent in December and 4% around 2017.
The production of paper, for your time, rose 5.7 percent in December, while domestic sales increased 5.3%, and 2.1% recoil exports last month of the year.
In 2017, climbed the paper production (1.4%), domestic sales (0.7%) and exports (0.5%).
