Stability in Argentinean imports of engineering plastics

Today, Brazil produces only an engineering plastic (PA 6), while Argentina has always depended on imports of these noble polymers completely. The 2016 balance Argentina Chamber of plastic industry (CAIP) unveils a stable scenario for the landings of three fronts in this segment. In the case of copolymers of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), imports last year closed at 9,602 tons against the previous period 10,827.
