National index of construction Rises 0.46%

The national index of construction, disclosed on Friday (07), by the Brazilian Institute of geography and statistics (IBGE), varied 0.46% in March, after a high of 0.19% in February. The year-to-date index was 1.03 percent. In 12 months, the rate was at 5.39 percent. According to the IBGE, the national construction cost reached $ .96 for 1,037 m ² in March, higher than the r $ .16 per m ² 1,033 estimated in February. The portion of materials recorded high of 0.06% in March.
