J&J, Novartis and Takeda negotiate purchase Hypermarcas, say sources

SAO PAULO (Reuters)-Johnson Johnson (JNJ &. N: Quotes), Novartis (NOVN. S: Quotes) and Takeda Pharmaceutical (4502. T: quotes) are in negotiations with the control pad Hypermarcas (HYPE3.SA: quotes) for purchase of brazilian drug company, said two people familiar with the matter on Monday.
