The "Observatory of packaging", which is in your 2nd Edition, this year brings the focus to the food industry and the perception on the performance of packaging in front of the main categories.
The packaging Observatory adopts the methodology for mapping of spontaneous mentions of consumers on social networks, getting this way their genuine insights about your relationship with the packages on a daily basis.
In your second phase, the Centre will fund packaging trends related to the food industry, and through an open mapping followed by in-depth follow-up with 6 consumers about their daily practices, will raise the following information:
What are the market opportunities in the food sector and the consumer relationship with the packaging and on the basis of these perceptions which are the innovation insights
What are the different consumer profiles and their directions in the choice of products and packaging. As each profile reflects your choices and your relationship with the packaging and which aspects are fundamental
Which attributes of packaging – single, convenient, structure of the material, among others to be diagnosed, stand out front of each different categories of public food consumption
