Intention of household consumption Growing 4.1%

The intention of household consumption (ICF), measured by the National Confederation of trade in goods, services and tourism (CNC), grew 4.1% in the passage from August to September this year. In comparison with September 2015, however, the indicator had 9.6% fall, the 45th in a row in this type of comparison. The index stood at 72.1 points, on a scale of 0 to 200. According to the CNC range when ICF is below 100 points, consumers are dissatisfied with the current state of the economy. In comparison with August this year, there were high in the seven components of the ICF, highlighting consumer perspective (8.5%) and time for buying durable goods (6.3%).
