Swarovski brand Lolaandgrace the country decides to bring

The Swarovski crystal accessories manufacturer based in Austria, has expanded its sales in Brazil with the reinforcement, from 2014, in operations aimed at the business market. With the positive performance in the midst of the recession in the country, the company obtained approval from the array to bring to Brazil the mark Lolaandgrace, in August.
The jewelry brand Lolaandgrace was released by Swarovski in 2012 with the aim of offering accessories with more youthful profile and lower prices in comparison with the products that carry the Swarovski brand. The brand is sold in 30 countries between United States, Europe and Asia, in little more than 700 sales points between stores, franchises and multibrand stores.
"Thanks to the performance of the operation in Brazil, we can license from array to bring Lolaandgrace. The mark will be used initially in Accessories for the business market, "said Monica Orcioli, Director-General of products for companies of the Swarovski for Latin America. The rows of Accesories will arrive to the Brazilian market with prices between 129 and R$ 359 R$. Swarovski brand products are sold in Brazil at prices ranging from 159 R$ (for a pendant) to R$ 3000 (for a few lines of watches).
The Swarovski began to compete in the Brazilian market of corporate gifts in August 2014. The company also provides crystals to other manufacturers, like Sneakers, Apothecary and Dudalina (from Restoque), and produces collections of exclusive accessories for other companies, as in the case of a partnership with the Multiplus to Exchange.
Business gifts responded last year by 20% of the total sales of products for companies of the Swarovski in Brazil. The expectation is that the 50% pass the gifts represent sales of products to companies until 2019.
The Swarovski does not disclose revenue per country. Monica says that currently the brazilian unit is among the ten biggest markets for the company in the category of products to businesses. In the world, Swarovski has reached £ 3.37 billion revenues (US $ 3.73 billion) last year, with growth of 10.5% compared to 2014.
The total operation of Swarovski in Brazil grew 15% in revenue in 2015, and the Division of products and raw materials for companies increased by around 40%. For 2016, Monica provides a 10% growth in brazilian operation, returning to a 15% growth from 2017.
"The crisis affects all companies, but the Swarovski prepared to face this period, with the offer of new services and innovations in the rows of crystals. We work twice during that period and we have not seen twice the result, but still the results are positive, "said Monica.
The company avoided readjust prices over the last 12 months in the country, as a way to increase sales. According to Monica, only a few items have suffered up to 18% adjustments. The company also has invested more in the development of special editions, premium collections and promotions. "These three variables lead consumers to buy off the top of my head. We have invested efforts that in retail, "said Monica.
