COOP expects to raise 8.5% sales on father''s day

Until August 14, Coop-Consumer Cooperative carries out the father''s Day Campaign to spur sales on the occasion of the festive date. According to data of the cooperative, the expectation is that the supply of products involved grows around 8.5% over the same period last year. Among such products are the categories of food, beverages, perfumery and laptops.
With the motto Multipais, the campaign aims to offer gift options for the various types of parents, those who like beer, of technology, of a fine wine or cooking. "We intend to disclose through this action, in Coop you can find various types of gifts for father''s day, besides all the ingredients for the special lunch," explained Luana Adolfo, marketing analyst.

To give support to the campaign, there will be special tabloid with several promotions during the period from 5 to 14 August in the entire network of 29 distribution units.

The Coop has 29 units, and 21 in the greater ABC, in Piracicaba, three in São José dos Campos, two in Sorocaba and two in mountain view.
