Valinhos (SP) is the city with the highest income per family

The São Paulo stands out when it comes to family income. According to a survey conducted by Geofusion-company specialized in geographic market intelligence-of 10 major cities in the interior of Brazil with the highest average income per family, eight are in this State, and Valinhos, Jundiaí and Campinas, Santos, occupying the first four places.
The company conducted the study "Side b: Brazil out of the capitals and metropolitan areas" with comparative data between the capitals and its metropolitan regions in relation to cities in the interior of Brazil with more than 100 1000 inhabitants. The numbers still show that 55% of income in the country is concentrated in 7% of the municipalities, which also account for 38% of the population.
