Supermarkets are betting in Online sales

According to a survey conducted by Consinco, a developer of management systems (ERPs) for retail and wholesale networks, about 45% of the supermarket networks in all Brazil is studying investing in e-commerce platforms over the next two years. The study was done from a sample of companies from its portfolio of clients, respondents in the first half of this year. According to the survey, 22% also stated that they plan to invest in this solution already in 2017. The sample comprised 147 networks throughout Brazil, of different sizes, with revenues between 60 million and R$ R$ 2.3 billion per year.
