Price of the basket of the Procon SP back up for the fifth consecutive week

SAO PAULO-SP and Procon-Foundation the Inter-union Department of statistics and socioeconomic studies (Dieese) pointed 2.05% indentation value of the basket of the city of São Paulo in the period of October 28 to this Thursday (3). Personal hygiene items were those that showed the biggest variation, retreating 3.47%. The values of the cleaning products and food decreased by 2.83 percent and 1.86 percent, respectively.
In the survey, 39 items were evaluated weekly. The price of 31 registered fall. The biggest setbacks were the toilet paper with four units ( -7.42%), coffee powder, 500 grams ( -7.36%) and beans carioquinha ( -5.56%).
The values of seven basic basket products increased. The main high were those of onion (4.37%), tomato paste (3.75%) and pound of sausage uvula (2.78%). Only the price of chicken remained stable.
