Grandma Cake factory Alzira Provides Have 10 stores in SP

The Cake factory Grandma Alzira, specializing in homemade traditional cakes focuses its expansion plan in the city of São Paulo. Currently with four stores in the State, the strategy is part of the expansion plan for the Southeast, which are also part the States of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo. The projection is to close the year 2016 with 10 stores open only in São Paulo. Today the network has three different business models to meet regional demands: Street shops, up mini-storefronts and kiosks. The minimum amount for opening a franchise is R$ 120,000. From 2014 to 2015 the network grew in sales, 100% jumping from 56 to 98 units.
