Coke buys slice of Dirty Life

The Dirty Life released this Wednesday (19) that Coca-Cola bought a minority slice of organic juices and manufacturer that will distribute their products.
The Dirty Life, which makes organic juices and smoothies, reported that the equity investment division of Goldman Sachs also bought a minority share of the company.
Details of the investment were not disclosed. However, earlier this month released news agencies that Coca-Cola was assessing the Dirty at about $ 300 million. By the agreement the Coke would have the option to buy the rest of the dirty 3 years.
The operation illustrates Coca-Cola's determination to achieve a rapid growth in the categories of drinks amid the slowdown of its soft drinks business in recent years, especially in the United States market.
The agreement also puts the manufacturer in a position better to its competitor Pepsi, with natural juices.
