Luxury line Covet ™ of Owens Illinois ensures good results in the first half of 2015

The line of luxury glass containers of Owens Illinois, Covet ™, super premium brands to help achieve your business objectives and strengthen their bond with consumers, has been gaining strength in North America and Latin America. Is that show the latest results.
On the North American continent, the sales already result in increase of 18% on 2014, in addition to the continuous improvement of gross margin, which grew by over 35% compared to last year. The premium alcoholic beverages segment is largely responsible for this return, followed by businesses in the area of cosmetics. "The performance of the line shows an increase of 20% in total sales in 2015, compared with 2014", says Mariana Ceruti, marketing manager for Latin America of Covet ™.
This year, the line Covet ™ developed bottles that were major releases in the alcoholic beverages segment, offering the best in custom glass design and decoration. Among them stands out the cachaça Soledade Ipê, aged in barrels of ipê, smooth with delicate flavor and aroma.
The grappa mountain flower, Benedetti family, also released two new versions (and aged) in a bottle of luxurious line of Owens Illinois. The packaging is designed to arouse the attention of connoisseurs of artisanal cachaça, internationally recognized, in addition to adding value to the product.
Still in the liquor, vodka Kadov, produced by CRS Brands, featured all the know-how of Covet ™. The innovative design of exclusive bottle emphasizes the effect of movement with the refraction of liquid, passing the perception of high quality. The packaging was produced according to consumer profile that reinvents itself all the time. This product won the trophy in awards from the recently OPEN (Brazilian packaging Association).
In the first half of 2015, the luxury line of Owens Illinois sponsored the Brazilian Edition of the World Contest of Brussels-National Contest of wines and Distillates, with several bottles of alcoholic beverages of the premium line.
In parallel, the cachaça Yaguara won the WorldStar Award 2015, the highest award of the packaging sector, with the bottle developed by Covet ™ line and produced in the factory of Owens Illinois in Soacha, in Colombia. Its design is inspired by the iconic sidewalks of Copacabana, in Rio Janeiro, recognized worldwide. The premium line also entered in the categories of food and non-alcoholic beverages this year.
