Congraf develops strategic packaging for Baruel

The Baruel, known for its credibility and variety in children's personal hygiene products of excellent quality, which holds the license of products Disney Princesses in Brazil, has launched on the market new alternatives for this line.
Among the new features is the Beautiful Princess Presenteável Pack, whose briefing of the project consisted in using the packaging as a marketing tool, to enchant at first glance the small consumer and transport her to a world of "Fables and tales of princesses". Another request from the client was that attracts the attention of packing parents not only by the strong visual appeal, but also by economic attraction, since the kit offered a complete line of three products through a single purchase (shampoo, conditioner and Cologne). In addition to fulfilling an important role at the point of sale and package the three products together in a kit presenteável, eliminating secondary spending with parcels or packages, she turns into a toy, because it contains a recortável image on the back of the Crown Princess Beautiful, to amuse the small consumer.
In summary, the Congraf developed a Packaging solution that optimized the design and decreased production costs. "We've eliminated the cradles of the initial project and created a new model of internal tabs, able to keep safe the products, adjusted and evident on the display. Also has changed the closing tab, which now has an opening for fitting and fixing of jar lid of the colony. Such measures were largely significant for the client, because it eliminated raw materials, logistics for cots, stages in the process of production line, anyway, all reflected in positive impact, reducing costs and improving process lead time, "explains the Designer of packaging of Congraf, Cesar Costa.
The print was held in flat offset, with six colors and duplex card with basis weight 350 g/m². The packaging has window with PVC of 150 microns and in its finish was applied matte varnish and UV gloss varnish with reservations, highlighting the main illustrations.
Another differentiator is the special design in the shape of a castle, a characteristic that values the illustrations created by R1234 Design Agency and ensures focus at the point of sale. At the suggestion of Congraf, the look of the packaging was increased with the inclusion of special knives who design the two towers of the castle in three-dimensional perspective. This 3D innovation, provided a realistic effect, as if the towers illustrated "jump in the eyes of the consumer," surpassing customer expectations.
"The strategy of the launch of the Beautiful Princess Presenteável Pack, held last June, aims to meet the market demand for affordable, useful products and already packaged for gift, and should attract mainly the large consumers in particular by the economic aspect. However, the design, colorful decor and scenic packing, truly has certainly contributed to gain greater visibility in the PDV. This special presentation sustains the quality offered by Baruel brand products ", considers the Marketing Coordinator of the Baruel, Christiane Natale Bisoni.
