TV sales grow more than 60%

Since the second fortnight of may of 2014 selling TVs in Brazil registered a weekly growth above 60% as compared to the same period last year, according to a survey conducted by market research firm GfK. The participation of the equipment with more than 50 '' in the domestic market increased from 18.6% to 27.3%, between late March and late May of this year. In addition, plasma TVs, that record price quite lower than the LCD TV, accounted for 64.5% of the total of those sales against 35.5% of another model.
