Brazil's vehicle production rises 1.9% in may from April

SAO PAULO (Reuters)-the Brazilian production of vehicles in may rose 1.9 percent over April, to 282.5 thousand units, while fell 18 percent on a year earlier on weak domestic market and falling exports, reported the association representing the industry, Anfavea, said Thursday.
The accumulated from January to may, to produce soma 1.35 million vehicles, down 13.3 percent over the same period last year.
