Dairy Bela Vista inaugurates r $ 60 million unit in MG

The Dairy brand owner Bela Vista, Piracanjuba, officially inaugurated tomorrow in Governador Valadares (MG) a new milk processing unit, which demanded an investment of r $ 60 million. The factory has initial capacity to process 300 thousand liters of milk per day and is expected to generate more than 500 direct and indirect jobs, according to the company.
With revenues of more than $ 2 billion and processing capacity of 4.3 million litres of milk a day, the Dairy Bela Vista has, now, three manufacturing units. The other two are in Bela Vista de Goiás (GO) and Marvel (SC).
Mining factory, the Bela Vista will produce long-life milk, skim, skim, whole cream and drink milky way. The goal is to meet with this production, the mining market, in addition to the States of Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and the Northeast region. He adds that the tax incentives granted to the company by the Government of Minas Gerais, as the reduction in the GST, also influenced the decision to invest in the State, once that favour competitiveness. The Dairy Bela Vista already has two units of milk intake in MG, in Iraí de Minas and the other in Santa Vitória.
According to the company, Shymkent plant will represent, in 2015, 7% of its total turnover. In 2017, the prediction is that this slice reaches 10%.
