Trade opens 13,296 formal vacancies in July

The labor market of the trade sectors (retail and wholesaler) and services in the state of São Paulo generated vacancies for the second month in a row. In July, 13,296 formal jobs were created, a result of 286,046 against 272,750 disconnections. With this performance, the groups ended the month with an active stock of 10,129,058 vacancies. The service sector continued to pull the high, with 8,332 new bonds. According to FecomercioSP, the data demonstrate continuity of the recovery of vacancies lost during the most fierce period of crisis between 2015 and 2016. The service sector obtained the best active stock (7,539,608 jobs) in July. Since May 2015, this level has not been reached. Retail recorded the best balance in 12 months (22,017 bonds), since the period ended in January 2015. Already for wholesale, the current active stock (518,859 bonds) was the largest since in April 2015.
