Totvs sells Bematech International

Totvs sold to Reason Capital Group its participation in Bematech International Corporation (BIC), specializing in commercial automation and headquartered in the United States. The operation cost US $5 million. According to Totvs, the closing of the transaction is subject to some preceding conditions and is part, along with the alienation of the Brazilian hardware operations, of the company's strategic plan to "focus the attention of its teams and the resources in Software Operation ".
