Suzano launches special paper for the production of Straits

Suzano has just launched in the market the Loop, a role specially developed for the production of straits. The novelty will meet the global segment of Straits. The launch is another innovation of Suzano, a company recognized for its pioneering in the pulp and paper industry. The Loop is a recyclable, biodegradable and renewable source paper, produced from eucalyptus planted for this purpose and certified by the FSC, which guarantees responsible forest management. The paper for Suzano's straw comes to meet the need of the market and offer an alternative to the most diverse business segments, having as differential the fact that it is a 100% Brazilian product and that will be marketed in the regional sales of Suzano Strategically distributed throughout Brazil. These regionals have an extensive logistic structure, through its 20 distribution centers. The product will feature a dedicated sales force for the service of this line, as well as by the commercial team of the foreign market. The Loop is the result of months of studies in the research and development area of Suzano, aiming to meet the market of disposable straits, a market estimated at about nine billion units per year only in Brazil. Parallel to the launch of the Loop, Suzano launches a platform called Positive its ideas. Present in social networks, the platform seeks to gather packaging solutions through collaborations with partners, developing co-creation, prototyping and alternatives to the demands of consumers.
